Kimberley was a great host! She was super responsive, and very helpful. The house exceeded my expectations, and had plenty of room for everyone staying. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location and house for a big family weekend, close to restaurants, the beach, and everything else we needed. Kimberley was easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs.

The area is great, you are very central to all that Point Loma and San Diego have to offer. The street is quite busy and noisy, especially in the morning. We had issues with some of the house - some small things like no drain plug in the bath so our kids couldn't use it for baths, there was only one pan to cook with for our group of 7, and only one roll of paper towels. Some larger things like we had some bugs in one of the bedrooms (the host had pest control come the next day to take care of it), the house had some stuff like the bathroom and living room that were a little dirty and dingy, and the washer was outside the house with no soap (no dryer - which the host did mention in their listing). I communicated these issues to the host upon our check out and she was communicative and willing to address them, but it did impact our stay.
