Welcome to the Triple L Beach House! A place where you’ll create memories that will last a lifetime! In the summer relax on the beautiful front deck while you admire Cocagne island , amazing sunrises & sunsets ! .The beach is a 2 minute walk. The water is warm and shallow great for kids! The fun continues in the winter, Ice fishing , hockey & cross country skiing at the beaver club down the road are just a few activities ! We currently have ping pong that can be used with our tables >FUN ! This beautiful coastal area along a cozy cove is where you’ll find the “ LLL “ Beach House ! The home has amazing unobstructed views of the water where you can just sit back and relax or put the paddle board in and paddle around the cove & do some exploring. Bring your own paddle board or rent one of our for the day / week. The water is shallow and warm just perfect for kids , paddle boarding, swimming, kayaking. Take a walk on the beach , just a 2 min walk . Your sure to find some beautiful Sea glass ,shells and unique rocks. The beautiful 3 level homes master bedroom is located on the upper loft level it has a king bed & small bathroom with a standup shower. The other 3 bedrooms are located in the lower level of the house . 2 rooms with queen beds and a “teen “suite that has 2 sets of bunk beds that sleep 5 people. The main living area is a open concept area with a large living room with huge windows facing the water ,a table for 6 -people, a breakfast /bar with 2 stools and another breakfast /bar with 2 more stools. There is also another table that opens in the kitchen seats up to 6 people. Off of the kitchen is a sunroom to the back of the house that has a couch and 2 chairs , with a back deck off that is a perfect spot for tanning or enjoying a bbq dinner . There is a table with chairs and grill. Off the kitchen is the main bathroom of the home , with a tub and shower . The front large deck is the perfect spot on those hot days , the deck stays shady all day long and the view is spectacular! Come see for your self 😎
