My family and I enjoyed a lovely stay at Kathy's home over the winter holidays. The bedrooms were very comfortable, we appreciated having Wi-Fi and access to streaming channels, it was great to have a full kitchen available throughout our 10 day stay, and the boys loved the game room! We also appreciated being so centrally located: we enjoyed walking in Vandeveer Park every day, it was very convenient to have an Aldi's grocery nearby, and we enjoyed multiple gatherings at Village Inn with family and friends who lived in town. We hope we'll be able to stay here again in the future!

This place was perfect and we will definitely stay here anytime we are in town. Kathy was a great host - she even left us Christmas cookies and had a Christmas tree up. The house was clean, cute and functional. The bedroom had lots of room to unpack and the bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Strongly recommend staying here so close to the beautiful Vanderveer park.

A wonderful stay while visiting family in Davenport! Very centrally located and convenient. The house was incredibly clean with spacious rooms to hang out in. It was perfect for us! Thank you, Kathy!!
