The studio was built by our very own hands to blend in with its environment, set on our family farm the studio enjoys the benefits of off grid electricity, rain water tanks, and its own waste management system that sustains our orchards around the property. Set on 17 acres our farm is a place to unwind and and enjoy our many animals around the farm, from goats with kids, sheep, ducks chickens, and our ever friendly farm collies, bill and ben. A short 5 minute drive from the town of Palmwood's with its many facilities. And just 25 minutes from the beaches on the coast. The studio is also used for accommodation for customers attending our weekly chocolate schools at our chocolate production area that serves our retail outlet in the beautiful tourist town of Montville located just 10 minutes north of the farm. The studio has all mod cons one comes to expect when booking a luxury accommodation, aircon fully powered by solar and battery back up, fully fitted modern kitchen with induction stove, cozy lounge with star link Wi-Fi in all areas. Queen size bed with luxury linen, fully fitted bathroom with power shower, complementary daily eggs from the farm, tea and coffee facilities, and of course complimentary chocolate produced right here on the farm. The deck overlooks our citrus orchard with views of the wonderful rainforest. The studio was designed so that people visiting could relax in privacy and comfort but knowing the owners are on hand somewhere around the farm for questions and advice on the surrounding area. So enjoy the birds the animals and the environment, or simply sip wine and watch the world go byeee. Guest access The studio is located on a hill which commands views, we have a bitumen road to the door of the studio, but initial access when entering the farm is 100 meters is road base for now. The studio overlooks all three orchards with its own entrance facing south over the bush. Access is by key located on deck, and a parking space is provided. Please drive with caution when entering farm as lots of animals with babies running around, chickens, ducks, and of course bill and ben our farm collies. The studio is a pet free, child free accommodation due to the farm dogs, unfenced dam and native animals that live within our farm boundary. We are a no smoking/vaping accommodation please do not smoke or vape on the property.
