This Airbnb is perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. It's a very easy 10 minute walk to Wrigleyville. Located in beautiful Lakeview, this 2 story apartment comes with high speed Wi-Fi and two full living rooms, both with 55" TVs. The tall ceilings make this space feel larger than life. The deck out back is great to relax and enjoy the weather, or hang out until you head out. The kitchen is fully updated and equipped and the two full bathrooms are ideal for getting ready. You'll walk 4-5 steps to get to the Airbnb door and once you enter the Airbnb you walk into the open layout and tall ceilings. The dinning area seats 4 and the bar seats two. The bedroom on the first level has a queen size bed and the bathroom is right next to it. The kitchen has everything you need and it's updated. If you walk past the dinning area you'll enter the dedicated work space and there's another door to the outdoor porch. Next to the kitchen are stairs to the bottom level where there is another living space with a TV and foosball table. The two bedrooms on this floor have 2 twine beds and queen respectively. There's also a full bathroom on this level. Laundry is shared in the building, and coin operated (coins not provided).

Great place, close to everything. Host's communication is on point
Nice place, spacious living room/kitchen, bathroom in both levels. Near L-station, and shops and restaurants nearby. Kyriako is a great host!

Lakeview is one of the biggest and most sought after neighborhoods in Chicago. The blocks surrounding the Airbnb are families with children and you'll find people walking at all times of the day. Located on a quiet street, within walking distance to Wrigley Field & Southport Corridor bars & restaurants - an ideal spot to live like a local!
If you head a couple blocks to the Northeast you'll find the Lincoln Ave strip with multiple shops and restaurants/bars. A mile and a half South you'll find a Costco, a shopping center, Target, and more bars/restaurants.
Lastly, 1 mile to your East you'll come to one of the biggest attractions of Chicago and one of the most popping' areas, Wrigleyville. Walk or ride share and you'll have a hard time finding things not to do.
15 minute walk to Wrigley Field
6 minute walk to Trader Joe's
10 minute walk to Jewel Osco
9 minute walk to Starbucks
Our apartment is in a residential neighborhood with fairly easy street parking in front of the building. There are limits during Cubs games and some overnight restrictions so please make sure to follow posted signs for hourly time limits.
If you are worried - we recommend SpotHero. On the SpotHero App, 3602 N Hermitage Ave is right around the corner, super affordable and with in and out privileges.
We are close to the Paulina or Addison Brown Line stations.

My wife and I really enjoy doing Airbnb but this is not our main source of income. My wife takes the lead staying at home raising our three children, and I'm an educator.
