We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Elizabeth's property. We had booked it deliberately as we wanted somewhere very peaceful and quiet for a couple of nights away from London, and it 100% delivered! It feels like a little adventure just getting to the house, and then once you are there, the location is superb. Despite the weather being poor (it was late March) we managed a long walk along the sea wall. The house was warm and cosy when you put the heaters on, and the views are fabulous from the terraces & sun room. In summer it would be amazing, with the creek just in front of you & beach beyond. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and the welcome gifts were hugely appreciated - what a lovely touch, thank you! Communication with Elizabeth was excellent throughout, with very clear, detailed & helpful instructions sent out well in advance which was really useful. We had a fantastic couple of very relaxing days and would definitely love to return when the sun is out! Thank you!

The beach house at Lee over sands is a beautiful location, with amazing views in all directions. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Elizabeth gave us comprehensive instructions with all the information we could possibly need. Thanks you for a lovely break.

A wonderfully relaxing and unique place. We loved the seclusion and the wide open skies. The house was perfect. Cosy, spotless, with everything we needed. Elizabeth was lovely to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Beach House is a gem and it took us just 2 hours from West London to get there. Elizabeth's instructions were perfect and very accurate including entry instructions. The house is exactly as the pictures and descriptions describe - on the edge of a large nature reserve with superb local beach walks and just astonishing bird life. Very comfortable accommodation and brilliantly equipped. It is not luxurious but that is the whole point! It's a "get away" where you can go out onto the terrace in the dark and experience the entire night sky in complete silence. We will definitely return!

This place is absolutely fabulous. The location could not be beaten - super peaceful, surrounded by marsh, so much to watch from the wonderful sunroom and a wonderful beach and nature reserve for walks. We didn’t need to worry about being cold - despite it being January the heating was efficient. I highly recommend and we are very keen to visit again in other seasons.
