We enjoyed our stay. Not far from downtown $10.00-$15.00 lift ride. There is a great brewery with lots of locals just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We met one of the brewers/owners and had a great time. We were advised by the locals not to walk around the neighborhood after dark. We did hear the fire trucks but it wasn’t a huge bother. I mean they are doing a job and could be saving someone’s life. Cute and comfortable stay and I recommend it to future guests.

Marcus has created a genuine oasis in the heart of Nashville. Everything was sparkling clean, cozy, and inviting. I was impressed with the efficient/effective use of space and the luxurious bathroom. I will check Marcus's place first next time I'm in Nashville!

This apartment is located close to many popular areas of Nashville, but still manages to feel cozy and private because it is located on a side street. Several other units are also rentals, but the area feels welcoming and private. Agreed-upon quiet times were followed by all guests, so other than street traffic, things were pleasantly quiet. Marcus curated a fun collection of decor items that make the space homey and comfortable. He also took the time to ensure that the unit was spotless before we arrived. This was a pleasant stay indeed!

Great location, super close to the bus station that takes you straight into downtown. Host responded quickly and was helpful! Just far away enough from downtown where you aren't surrounded by noise.Will be booking here again when I come back to Nashville.

This large, upscale, efficiency apartment worked well for us for a 1 nite stay, with a safe, free, designated parking spot. Attention to a couple of small details would elevate this to a 5 star review. Certain things were empty, like the dispenser for the conditioner in the wonderful shower & no creamers for the coffee. The handful of Keurig coffee cups were all of a flavored variety. Some bottled water would have been a nice touch. While the bed itself is comfy, the frame is higher than the mattress so it is a bit uncomfortable getting in & out. That said, I would recommend this AirBnB. Thank you Marcus
