This artist loft has everything you need! It includes a movie projector, surround sound, a patio with BBQ, fire-table, spectacular mountain views, and original art on every wall. Apartment entry is keyless. Enjoy a vibrant area with restaurants, bars, the seawall, ocean, and Skytrain that are within walking distance to explore downtown Vancouver and beyond. DO NOT rent this unit if you're allergic to cats...they won't be here when you are, but they do live here in between. This studio loft is a single 700 sqft room and bathroom. The floors throughout are polished concrete. The space is perfect for one or two people (although it can accommodate 3), and is warm, welcoming, newly renovated, stylish and full of character.

We hated to leave. Jay's Home/Studiio is not only an artist's home but a wonderful home gallery. The views were stunning and the loft was amazing. Absolutely would stay here again.
Jay’s place was great! I appreciated the homey feel and the surrounding neighborhoods. The loft was inspiring and delightful to stay in my last two nights in Vancouver.

Jay's apartment was comfortable, beautiful, and everything we needed for our weekend in Vancouver. We slept well, the shower was super luxurious, and it was easy to fix breakfast in. It's also super walkable to all the neighborhood things.

Mount Pleasant is a vibrant and eclectic area known for its proximity to the ocean and seawall, unusual stores, heritage buildings, artistic residents, restaurants, bars, brewpubs, fitness facilities, and arts-focused festivals. The area is popular with artists, urban professionals, and families.
The Main Street skytrain station is three blocks from the rental, and provides easy access to downtown Vancouver within 20 minutes, and all that Vancouver and the surrounding area has to offer...including the airport.
The bus transit system is also easily accessible, but the area itself is easily walkable, 5 blocks from the ocean, seawall and Expo Ball, and all manner of services and entertainment.
Underground secure parking is available for an additional fee. Street parking is also available throughout the neighbourhood.
