Welcome to our brand new luxury 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apart. This cozy space is perfect for up to 4 adults & up to 2 kids (under 13yo). A fully stocked kitchenette, Keurig coffee machine with pods, electric tea kettle, microwave, massage chair and 2 hi-tech fireplaces with heaters. Bathroom has a bidet. 2 smart TVs and Xbox Series S Console for gaming enthusiasts. Furnished backyard. High chair, Pack-N-play are available upon request. Washer/dryer are in the unit. Parking is on the driveway. Two queen beds, one pullout chair, one pull-out sofa in the living room (full size), dining table with 6 chairs, high chair upon request at the time of booking, dinnerware for 6. Plenty of storage space, two 'office' workspaces , two fireplaces with heaters, massage chair, private entrance. Bidet/ washlet in one of the two bathrooms, two showers, smart lock, keyless entry, access to the backyard with furniture. There's a family residing upstairs, and while we try to maintain a quiet environment, you may occasionally hear sounds of human activity.

The vacation rental was absolutely gorgeous, high-tech and squeaky clean. I made the mistake of not reading the fine print and thought this was a stand alone apartment. If I had read clearly, I would have known that it was in the lower level of a home. The access was separate and it had a great backyard. I’m just not big on sharing homes with people I don’t know. That’s on me! Olena was lovely in her communication and even let me park in her driveway. She may have changed my mind about renting shared spaces. The neighborhood was a bit rundown, but I felt safe. I found a wonderful park down the street very close to the ocean. When the fog lifts, you actually have ocean views! I really appreciate Olena’s kindness. I was in the area for work and she made a stressful time much less stressful. ❤️❤️❤️

5 mins drive to an amazing hike at Fort Funston, a pet friendly park. Nice quiet neighborhood, 2 mins drive to Westlake Shopping Center, 5 mins to the Bart. Walking distance to the Skyline Plaza if you'd like to grab a quick bite of Taco Bell or KFC. 7 mins drive to an amazing Cinemark Century 20 XD and IMAX movie theater and great restaurants. Gas station is 3 blocks away.
