Forget your worries in my bright and serene space. Welcome to my home of 18 years - where I watch the seasonal ebb and flow of a prairie restoration park just outside my windows. I live here 24/7, so will be easily available to answer questions and help you with just about anything you might need. My space is very quiet - with everything you might expect: fully equipped shared kitchen, refrigerator, laundry, work space, deck, cats, coffee, a few old bicycles, and access to great bike paths. My house sits adjacent to a prairie restoration park - with a lovely little walking/biking path. My deck is a lovely outdoor space with great views. I'm also a bike enthusiast - I have a few bikes I'm willing to share if you want to go for a pedal - and garage space if you want to bring your own. I have easy (safe) access to great bike paths and rural cycling routes all around me.

Chantelle was a very communicative, friendly, and a great host! I felt like I was at home at her place. She recommended things to do in the area which I really appreciated and also she made me coffee in the morning which was super sweet. I totally recommend staying at her place!
Chantelle's place is peaceful and warm. You have access to a kitchen, washer & dryer, living room areas, and a beautiful backyard that is next to a park with a bike path. Chantelle is extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend her stay anytime.
Chantelle is a lovely friendly host and her home is a beautiful and comfortable place. Chantelle greeted us when we arrived and gave us a nice tour of her home. The place itself was just close enough to everything we wanted to do in Urbana and on campus. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt private, with key code locks on the doors. We brought our bikes with us and Chantelle let us put them in her garage, which was very convenient. There's a great little trail right outside and plenty of parking. We loved being greeted by one of her friendly cats each time we got back. This is such a clean, well decorated, and inviting space and we're definitely going to check if it's available whenever we visit.

Quiet family neighborhood. Very safe. Many academics and diverse, international residents. Loads of dog owners/lovers walking around the adjacent park.
CU Mass Transit District offers bus service to the neighborhood.
Bikes are a perfectly viable transport to and from campus when weather permits.
Uber works too.
Driving/parking is super easy around town - except for central campus, where parking isn't impossible, but just a bit expensive (relative to our local economy - and yes, my Chicago peeps snicker when I say this).
