Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Just a few blocks to the downtown area. This house features 1Q, 1F & 3 Cots (as needed). The backyard is currently undergoing landscaping (coming soon). Brand new ROKU TV & wifi to watch your favorites and take care of any business. This is a place to spend time with friends and family, talking face to face. Host does live on property but we each have our own private entries. Bdrm #1 Welcome to TX with state decor. This room has a Full Size bed. Bdrm#2 Welcome to CO with pine trees & state decor. This room has a Queen Size bed. Open space in living room allows for extra cots, when needed. Each cot is an additional $25 per stay, not per night.

Very cozy place, well stocked down to every detail in the kitchen and games and books.
