非常棒的房子，每一件家具都充满历史却又保存完好，给到我们完全不同的一种体验。周边环境也不错，走几步就能到达college Ave, 上面有很多小店。总之，非常喜欢这个住处，并强烈推荐

Comfy, spacious house that was perfect for our casual family reunion. The setting was ideal for us: private and quiet, yet just around the corner from shops and cafes. Would happily book again.

The house was warm, clean and quiet; and has considerable charm. We especially liked the all the books, pictures, rugs and other touches that make it seem like a home, not a sterile rental. It's within easy walking distance of the Elmwood restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay! Our son goes to UC Berkeley and we've stayed in some pretty sketchy places. But not this one. We loved the old school charm this place gave out. Rooms were great. Heater worked perfect. Kitchen fairly well stocked with everything we needed. Things were a little older but as I said that was part of the charm. A few things were broken when we arrived but nothing bad enough to impair our stay. We never communicated with Evolve personally but they gave us a number of (what I guess was) a house manager. She could not have been more helpful and responsive. She was a sweetheart! We have twins who are in their second year of college and we miss them huge. Trips with them now mean the world to us. Thanks for helping give our family a beautiful time together. Comfort and warmth!!! We'd love to stay in your place every time from now until our son graduates. =)
