With all new kitchen appliances a custom tile back splash and kitchen dining nook and 2 adjustable stools. The bed area has a comfortable queen size bed with custom headboard lamps with usb plugs and 2 side tables with 2 plugs and 2 usb plugs so you don’t have to search for where to plug your electronics in. With a 50” tv and electric fire place you will truly feel cozy and relaxed. Beautifully renovated bathroom with custom tile, rain shower and full bathtub. This cozy unit comes complete with a small privacy fenced porch with custom bench for two, perfect to enjoy a early morning coffee!

We are very close to the Down town Core, Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, Center 200, liquor store and so much more. There are 2 Laundry Matts only a few blocks away. Parking is across the street in the open free parking lot great if you have a large truck or a trailer.
Walking Distance to all amenities. 2 Minute Walk to bus stop. There are multiple cab company’s that are well priced that will pick up at this location. If you need a second spot or have an oversized vehicle there is free parking across the street in the large free lit parking lot. If you have a trailer or large vehicle this is the perfect spot for you.
