Sarahs place is absolutely lovely, the perfect little spot to stay, walkable distance from two train stations and has parking if you have a car. The guesthouse has everything you need and is very clean and tidy. The real gem is Sarah herself, absolutely lovely person, she was incredibly helpful and great to be around. Would definitely stay here again and very much recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Auckland.

Sarah was truly such a lovely host. She was generous and friendly and went so far as to welcome me with some fresh bakes from the local bakery. As a woman traveling solo, I felt so safe and cozy in the guest house, which is tucked away with a private balcony next to a sweet garden. Sarah was super responsive and accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable. This is a great space to stay if you like to be a little bit away from the chaos, while still being a quick uber or drive from most of Auckland's hot spots. I would and probably will stay here again--thank you again Sarah for everything!

Fantastic location and was super easy to locate for someone not from Auckland. Would highly recommend for someone wanting somewhere close to Eden Park!
