Beautiful “Hill Country Modern” home on five acres with a view of our seasonal pond and the valley. Our home incorporates the use of outdoor living space unlike any other. The patio and breezeway are integral parts of the usable space. One side of Sunrise House has a large living room with a fireplace and huge windows. The house has top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes, a mix of new and curated furniture and decor, and beautiful custom art. The home is situated on 5 acres, with a view of our seasonal pond and the valley beyond. The land is partly cleared to open up the view, but part of the land is wooded to preserve a place for wildlife and exploration. The home is appointed with the finest fixtures and finishes, and full of natural light.

A secluded paradise with an amazing hill top view! Roger’s home was beyond expectations and my wife, and another couple has such a great time. The outdoor patio area was so relaxing as we looked out to the valley. I spotted a beautiful fox passing by the pond out in front. Everything was so close and all within 4-5 miles from Roger’s home. We went downtown to eat and have cocktails and it’s only around 4 miles away. Jacob’s well is close, as well as blue hole. The perfect location, the perfect house, and amazing views. Rogers home is as described and super clean and just a gem. Don’t hesitate if this home is available. You won’t want to leave.
We felt spoiled in this lovely modern getaway in the hill country. The home opens to beautiful views and morning birdsong. Details both inside and out make for a memorable stay. The outdoor entertainment areas are wonderful for meals and relaxing in the unique setting. Thank you for having us.
Rogers place was amazing. Just what we needed to recharge our batteries. It was very close to all the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub and later hanged out by the fire pit . Which was a great touch. The views were amazing as well. Saw a few deers running through the property and saw some cute ducks in the pond . We will definitely book again.
From the moment we walked into Roger’s house we felt right at home. There was a tray of waters and snacks waiting for us that was deeply appreciated. His home exceeded our expectations. We loved watching deer and coyote at the pond. We didn’t want for a single thing and actually couldn’t wait to get back after a long day of sightseeing.
My family had a great weekend in this home in Wimberley! The home was beautiful and worth every penny. The host seemed to have thought of everything we would need. We plan to visit again. Josh

You'll need a car. The town of Wimberley is approximately 4 miles away. Rideshare may be available as well, though I suspect very limited.
