Lovely house. Very comfortable & well stocked with the basics you might need. Great location walkable to the main downtown street. Communication only thru email to the Air B&B site despite messages in text from the host. We really enjoyed our stay at this house & location.

Wow! One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at in the 10+ years I’ve been using Airbnb. Location was perfect, right in the center of town, but a block away from the main avenue on a quiet street. Kathryn was easy to reach. The space was impecable and beautifully designed. Fantastic layout. My pup and I especially liked the small fenced yard. The unit is air conditioned and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need. I loved the shower head and appreciated the bathroom amenities. In unit laundry was a huge plus.

We stopped through Marfa on a whim as we had to end our camping trip early to get to the Solar Eclipse. We booked this place a few hours before arrival and it was perfect! The house was pristine, very cute decor and dog friendly! Our two kids and pup felt right at home, as did my husband and I. The shower was amazing and we were able to throw in a load of laundry after camping for several days. The restaurants that we ate at were SO delicious (The Water Stop for dinner and The Sentinel for coffee and delicious breakfast) and made us grateful we chose Marfa to stay. Overall, we had a great experience for our quick overnight stay. Thank you, Kathryn!!

This place is top notch. The architecture is awesome, modern but with warm wood accents. Everything is new (fixtures, lighting, appliances, mini splits) and works great. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was very well stocked. The pots and pans were much better quality than we usually encounter (not the usual collection of mismatched and odd sizes). The side yard is small but ample, and gave our dog plenty of space to run around and do his business. We didn’t have any problems with goat head stickers that I had read so much about in reviews. The neighborhood is very walkable, both for excursions to shops and restaurants and peaceful neighborhood dog walks. We would love to come back!
