A 20 minute walk and you can be in Worthing town centre or Worthing seafront The recently decorated property has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the master with 2 singles that can be joined together to create a superking. Please advise which setup you require. All beds have pocket-sprung mattresses and soft, comfortable bedding. The living room is separate from the kitchen and dining room, and can provide an additional private sleeping space if required. It has a velvet 3 seater with a pull-out double bed inside. Please let us know if you would like this set up for your stay. The dining room has a six seater dining table. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine and cooking equipment. There are feature fireplaces in both the dining room and living room which add some warmth and character to the space, but these, however, are not in use. The kitchen has a back door leading out to an enclosed, patio garden with an outdoor seating area. There is a bathroom downstairs with the bath/shower and basin and upstairs is the toilet with a small handwashing basin. Please note there is only one WC which is situated upstairs, separately to the main bathroom, which is downstairs. There is a washing machine upstairs in the back bedroom cupboard. There is a work station on the landing area with a desk and comfortable chair, ideal for remote working.
