Very comfortable queen bed with TV, desk and private bathroom. The house is in a quite neighborhood ~5min from the interstate. The room has a separate quiet A.C. unit to allow full control of room temperature beyond the house setting. High speed fiber internet. Private bathroom has towels and soaps included. Whole home generator so house always has power. I have a dog, she is a friendly very quiet ~30lb border collie. However, I mostly keep her separate in my office/yard/room. It is a large bedroom with a private attached full bathroom. There is also an additional 1/2 bath in the hallway guests are welcome to use.

Nice neighborhood, well-kept, and comfortable house with all the amenities you needed. The bed was very comfortable--slept so good. Very quiet. Good directions for entry and finding room. Fridge and freezer available to store stuff overnight. Would stay again!!

Leland was the absolute sweetest and even gave us a first aid kit when we had a minor scratch from outside of the Airbnb. He was very responsive, while still giving us our privacy. The kitchen was spotless just like the rest of the house. Laundry room was clean top to bottom and he even had spare items for us in the bathroom! He really saved us when we forgot shampoo and conditioner and he already had gorgeous smelling shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Overall a great stay. I will absolutely be back again!
