SECOND EFFICIENCY: There is a second efficiency unit side by side to this listing! There may be some noise transfer from the efficiency on the other side of adjoining door. Think side by side hotel rooms! There is noise dampening insulation, spray foam, paneling and two solid doors to tamper the noise. The property is located in a historic old neighborhood with tree lined streets that welcomes you to take a walk and enjoy a classic Texas sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet surrounded by families. Rose Park is 3 blocks away to the tennis courts, skate park and playground.

Erika was a great host! The little studio apartment was just what I needed for my weekend in town. Erika checked on me while I was there and made sure I felt comfortable. The only thing I didn’t realize about the listing was that there was another studio apartment there also. When I mentioned to Erika that I was able to hear the other guest she responded right away and helped to make the situation better. It was comfortable and cozy.
Erika's place was perfect for just the wife and I. Very clean, easy to get to, good neighborhood seems like...We'll be back!

When it comes to hosting a space, erika knew how to take care of business, but for someone who has been hosting for a few years on the air bnb applications, she does not know how to handle situations and possibly common occurrences and refers me back to the air bnb customer service hot line. She was not understanding when a situation arose and for that I can say that when ever I come back into Abilene, I will not be booking with erika or any of her counter partners as it seems as they are unfimiliar with situations and within the application they’re hosting on.

Tree lined streets, a 3 block walk to Rose Park, established homes with mature landscaping adds to the natural beauty of the area. On any given day, this family friendly neighborhood is teeming with families riding bikes, fur babies being walked, runners and walkers. This is a great place to come to at the end of a work day, a day out at Dyess, the hospitals or one of our 3 universities and relax to a peaceful environment.
