Nice place in the woods, with a great view of the valley and peek-a-boo of the strait. Road noise can be busy at times, but does tone down as evening progresses. Bring wood, the wood there is pretty wet and doesn't burn real well- we left a couple of dry stacks we bought at the store. King bed upstairs is super comfy, kitchen has everything you could possibly need. BBQ works great! No wifi through our stay, kind of a bummer since reception is poor and we were there for a MTB race weekend, and we needed read daily email updates. Overall, nice place!

This is a perfect escape if you love wide open spaces and views. It does not disappoint. We cook almost all our meals while traveling. I appreciated and loved a fully stocked kitchen, Great hot tub and deck.

Wow, this was just the peaceful, quiet, getaway we needed to escape the city for some family time! The place was gorgeous, clean, spacious, accessible, and well stocked with games and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views were incredible! We were so glad to be able to bring our dog, and there was a huge fenced in yard for him to enjoy as well! This was an incredible experience and we hope to come again soon!

This place was just what the Doctor ordered to escape the city for Christmas, 2023. My husband and I (and our 2 dogs) absolutely LOVED every inch of this beautiful home, and the property itself. Was a welcomed surprise to have an ocean view, AND mountain views. We recommend bringing binoculars with you! 🤗 The location is stunning!! The home was very clean and well kept up. My only 2 complaints, and they aren't really complaints. First, the hot tub only reaches 97' and is locked so you cannot adjust temp. I understand the liability behind this, just bummed to not be able to use it as planned being Winter. Second is the firmness of the master bed mattress. It is overly firm and in our opinion, too firm. Was not comfy to sleep in for 4 nights. We are still 100% satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place if needing to decompress and unwind away from the city. Thank you for allowing us to share your home for Christmas. We will ALWAYS remember Greer's Outlook w/fond memories ♥️

It’s a beautiful place. And a great property. Loved the views of te surrounding mountains. The whole place is labeled and brimming with all the utilities you would need in a house away from your own home. Great place for families with kids.
