Really clean and comfortable place to stay. 10 out of 10

Willow Glen is our favorite neighborhood in San Jose for its "old California" feel. The place looked great in three photos, but didn't quite match up. The yard is pretty unkempt and the grass need cutting. The place is new, but the decor and linens feel old and tired like someone is not really paying attention. Our greatest complaint was the overuse of fragrances in the laundry detergents (sheets, towels) and a odor emitting plug-in that gave me a huge headache. I discovered it after sometime and put it outside... that helped. To be fair, I'm super sensitive to products and detergents with fragrance. It kind of ruined the night for me. I pointed this out to Hai in a message and he was appreciative for the feedback. I would say the place just needs a refresh, some new art on the walls, new bed linens and greener practices of cleaning. Its a cute place in a great location! They can do better

The place was beautiful and private and the host was very nice and flexible. I ended up pulling a muscle in my neck the night before check out and Hai gave me some extra time to pack up and offered assistance. Will definitely come back to this place again!

There is a beautiful huge Sequoia on the property that was so amazing to sit around sipping some wine on the deck. The room met our needs perfectly and we loved that the shops were a half mile away.

The stay was as described and Hai was a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Hai even went out of his way to help us. Highly recommend!
