Nos hôtes ont ètè accueillants et attentifs à nos demandes. L’appartement offre une vue sur le parc de Woluwe St Lambert et Bruxelles au loin. Les transports en commun sont à queques minutes à pied. Une place de stationnement ètait disponible. Des commerces alimentaires sont proches. Seul bèmol: une sauteuse et une poële sont un èquipement sommaire pour cuisiner. Pour deux repas, nous nous sommes adaptés. Un bon sèjour.

The flat is situated in a nice neighborhood and just 5 mins away from a bus stop and 10 mins away by walk from the metro to the central station. The flat is spacious enough for 3 guests. Levy informed us before we check-in about the damages they suffered from the previous guest before us and offered for full refund and a discount if we continue with our reservation. Nonetheless, the apartment is functional and all amenities listed are still in place.

Very fast and complete communication from/ with the hosts. Location close to main access routes (we traveled by car), size as described, very nice view from the balcony/ living room. We would have expected more from the maintenance/ cleanliness side: it seems somebody was living there all along and did not have the time to prepare for guests (we arrived at 08 pm): some bed sheets seemed not changed, bathroom not cleaned..and dishwasher is not working (information is available upon renting, if you look for it). Hypermarket is at 4 minutes drive, eating at the nearby restaurant (Cook&Book) difficult (cheeseburgers were 20 eur each and scorched, though personnel very friendly) That's about it. Oh, and there are the rules (all decent, by the way) that you're reminded of before/ during your stay and until you're leaving.
