2-room apartment ideally located for visiting Disneyland & Paris. A 5-minute walk from the Stade Nautique Olympique (Rowing and Canoeing competitions & Olympic Games 2024). The apartment is comfortable, cozy and fully equipped, in a peaceful, recently built residence. Parking lot and a balcony not overlooked. - 10 min walk from Vaires-sur-Marne train station (Paris in 18 min) - 18 min from Disney by car - 26 min from CDG airport by car Linen provided. No smoking. No parties allowed. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, the apartment (36 m2) features a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a wardrobe, a living room with a large pull-out sofa bed (160x200cm and quality bedding) and an HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people with all you need to cook your own meals (microwave, hob, coffee machine, toaster, oven, large fridge). Basic foodstuffs for cooking also provided. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, washer-dryer and WC. A balcony not overlooked, with a small table, lets you enjoy a drink or meal outside. Beds and towels are made up on arrival for the number of people indicated at the time of booking. You'll enjoy a wifi Fiber connection. Cot available on request. We have put all our heart into making this apartment warm, welcoming and cosy. We hope you'll enjoy it. If you have any question during your stay, please contact us! The best advantage about this apartment is its location: - Fans of rowing and canoeing are just a 5-minute walk from the Olympic Basin (and runners will have a spot that's easy to access and green - the Basin loop is 2.5km long ;-) ). - Access to the freeway is a 3-minute drive away, and takes you to Disneyland in just 18 minutes. - Paris-Gare de l'Est can be reached by train in 18 min from Vaires-sur-Marne station (line P).

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement van Alice. De tal van codes om binnen te raken schrikten ons wat af maar door handige video en foto’s ging dit als een fluitje van een cent! Voelden ons zeer veilig in deze residentie, gingen met gerust hart slapen en lieten ook met een goed gevoel de wagen achter op het terrein. Het appartement heeft zeker alles wat je nodig hebt, wij waren er enkel om te slapen en te douchen maar het was perfect, alle comfort was aanwezig! Koffietje op het terras in de zon, zalig! Handig zetelbed, goede douche. Zeker aan te raden! Op loopafstand van treinstation (10 minuutjes) met handige verbinding naar Parijs (om het half uur). Op 5 minuutjes van het water, waar je zeer mooi kan wandelen en genieten van de natuur. Naar onze mening perfect verblijf als je de combinatie wilt tussen rust en Parijs centrum. Alice was zeer bereikbaar en vriendelijk, top! Wij komen zeker terug! Bedankt!
The apartment is really nice and clean, we enjoyed our stay here. It is really quiet and positioned right between Disneyland and Paris, so that helped us a lot, because that was what we wanted. There are 2 downsides that I have seen: 1. The first time entering and last time leaving the apartment, were a bit too much, after a very long day on the road with our child, I had to read a very long PDF to find 3 codes and the proper gates to enter them. The whole situation was a bit over complicating, and I was really tired from the trip. Similar situation when we were leaving I had to get the car out of the parking lot, leave the car on the street, and go back inside to leave the keys in the apartment. 2. There was no hair drier (or we could not find it, and didn't see it in the listing either). For 7 days not having a hair drier, I felt it is worth mentioning. Overall we had a great stay, as the apartment is very cozy, clean and quiet. We will come back for sure with a hair drier.

Alice's place was fantastic. Clean, tidy, comfortable with and cute little balcony and everything you need. It's so close to supermarket, local village shops, public transport. Building is secure, quiet with a car park too. And although the building is really secure, Alice's instructions made it a breeze to navigate check in. Not far from CDG airport and easy 30 mins on train to Paris. Walking distance to Stadium Nautique which was great for me and so many pathways for morning walks along the canals and marne. Alice was so helpful from the day I booked and was only a txt away if needed. Thanks Alice for making my stay in Paris so welcoming.
