This is a townhouse in a small secure complex, with free off-street parking. Your private room has king size bedding, built-in, mirror, bedside tables and power points / USB chargers next to the bed. The full bathroom and separate toilet are for your private use. Spacious ground floor with shared amenities and a study/work desk .

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Laura's Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the space was. It's clear that Laura takes great pride in providing a top-notch experience for her guests. One of the best things about this Airbnb is its location. Bus stops are just a 2-minute walk away, and the train station is within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the area. Whether you're looking to take a quick trip to nearby attractions or venture further out, this Airbnb's location makes it all possible without the hassle of long commutes. Laura herself is an amazing host. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out. She made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall, I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough.

I must say I love staying at Laura’s place! - The bed damn huge - Neighbourhoods so queit - The place simple and damn clean - We’ve got the bathroom and toilet for us only. Plus point—there is bidet. Loveeeee. - We’ve reached there a bit late—Laura helped us with the booking and checked-in. Thanks heap Laura! Will absolutely come back here again.

Walk, drive or take a bus to Penrith train station or Westfield shopping centre.
Enjoy the many parks nearby, and cycling/walking paths along the Nepean river.
Nepean river, Regatta park, wake park and Blue Mountains National Park are all just a short drive away.
Guests have one free uncovered parking space within the secured complex, right next to my home. Street parking is easily available as well, for guests with a second car.
For those without a vehicle, my home is between Penrith and Kingswood train stations. The walk to either station is about 18-20 minutes.
Alternatively, there is a bus stop at the door (the bus goes to Penrith station, or to Werrington in the other direction).

I work full-time, mostly from home . I have a home office, so my work won't interfere with your use of the shared areas, but I am always near if you need anything. I love hiking, and feel privileged to live so close to the mountains. I try to keep an active, healthy, sustainable life. My diet is mostly plant based... but I will make exceptions for chocolate! I am new to hosting but experienced as a guest, and I look forward to meeting you.
