Karen’s cottage was a beautiful homely place for myself and my family. The cottage was welcoming, bright and spacious which was great as a group of adults visiting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were warm, clean and so comfortable we did not want to get out of them! The living room was bright and spacious, with an open fire set up for us which was a lovely touch. Lots of books and some games which we could use. The kitchen was well set up, lots of appliances which was great! There were also ample kitchen utensils and crockery for our use. The bathrooms were beautiful. Decorated with homely touches and were spotless. The showers were delightful and again made us feel luxurious! Highly recommend, great location and a great space. We look forward to visiting again in the future. Karen was flexible and communicated with us throughout our stay which was a great touch as she was on hand should we have needed anything.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time exploring Fife and Perth from this fantastic cottage. The setting is beautiful and we loved warming up by the fireplace and walking down to the river to see deer and chat with the hosts’ horse! Karen was great with communication and we’d highly recommend the cottage.

Karen’s cottage can only be described as outstanding. Very tastefully furnished and had everything we needed and more. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The beds were beyond comfortable to the point you did not want to get up! The bathrooms very high spec and the kitchen very well laid out with everything you could need. All rooms were extremely spacious. It is situated just outside Cupar and very easy to find. Set in a tranquil location with lovely views across the fields. It also had a lovely garden which, due to the weather, we could not make use of but I can imagine it would be lovely in the summer to sit and watch the sun set. A nice touch was Karen leaving logs and coal out so we could have a roaring fire each evening. Karen was very quick to reply to messages and couldn’t have helped more. I can’t speak highly enough of this cottage and look forward to our next visit.

Amazing cottage, spotless and clean . Beautifully refurbished. Karen has thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Also lovely bottle of fizz on our arrival. Great location for St Andrews .

Stunning cottage with a cosy fire place and a pet horse. Karen was really helpful and made sure we were fully set up with infants staying. Highly recommend
