House was very nice. Clean and modern. Owner was a great communicator. It is in close proximity to other homes, in a neighborhood, so expect some typical neighbor noise (dogs, kids, etc.). Perfect for our needs (visiting our daughter at Claremont colleges.). Would stay again.

My family and I had a great stay at Ya Ling’s place. It was exactly as she described. Very clean and organized and lots of room. Great shops and restaurants on easy driving distance and she was very responsive to all of our needs. One of my best experiences with Airbnb.
Place was very clean and nicely furnished. It was walkable to the 5 C colleges and Claremont village. Nice neighborhood. Would stay again.
