Robyn's place was clean and the upper two floors have clearly been very recently and very nicely redone. Linens, towels and beds were lovely and plentiful and the second floor has an adorable little reading nook with a very comfortable chair, which was my favorite place to be. Robyn was very flexible, kind and very responsive to all my concerns; overall a great hostess. The neighborhood was within walking distance to downtown but somewhat in transition with a mix of neighbors. Also, BEWARE, there is alternate side of the street parking and if you do not follow it you will get a $45 ticket (which we found out the hard way).
