The “little house” is recently renovated with a clean bathroom, good air conditioning, comfy bed, and a little kitchen. The bedroom is comfy, and the living room and kitchen are small but totally sufficient. The only downside is that it is quite far from the city center, making it a long commute if you are e.g. going to the office every day. I chose the place because I was traveling with a large dog, and there is a large yard/garden in front of the house. So the dog was able to run around there and I didn’t need to worry where to keep him while at work. Songlin was very helpful the whole time - responding very fast, providing instructions how to get there, very helpful about keeping my dog in the yard etc.
