As our valued guest, you'll enjoy exclusive discounts at several of the best cafes and restaurants in the area! 3.7 mil- St Pete Beach- #1 in US! 3.5 mil- Tropicana Field 5.1 mil- St Pete Pier/Downtown Unit is a 2-bedroom apartment with 1 king/1 queen memory foam mattress, and a queen air-mattress if needed (*UPON REQUEST ONLY). Therefore, unit is open to sleeping 6+ people. Everything in the unit is yours to use. We provide Roku smart TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login. Kitchen full of all the basic necessities needed for cooking. Enjoy our coffee bar which includes a classic coffee maker, espresso machine and cold/hot milk frother. Coffee grounds, creamer & Nespresso pods included. Laundry room located right outside back door- to the right. Laundry sign present. This is a community laundry that’s unlocked 24/7 & is shared with the other unit behind the house. Laundry basket, iron/ironing board, & detergent available- please return all items to laundry room when finished.

This location is AMAZING! You can easily drive to the many beaches or the downtown area. Surrounded by mostly commercial businesses which was nice. After 4 p.m. there was hardly anyone around! There are 2 restaurants within a 1 or 2 minute walk. The amenities were fantastic! Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, towels provided, a dedicated work space with an adjustable desk, 2 separate bedrooms with lots of closet space, AND it’s pet friendly!! Separate, fenced space for your pet. There is also a wonderful, spacious front porch where we were able to watch the sunset down Central Avenue.The pictures were 100% accurate and the accent wall was truly stunning. This place is a true gem in the heart of St. Petersburg and the hosts were beyond helpful and attentive! Cannot wait to hopeful stay in this property again!
My friends and I stayed at Steven’s place for 5 nights. Instructions for accessing the house were clear and easy. Steven was very attentive and easy to contact. We rented a car during our stay and everything we wanted to do and see was within 10 minutes of driving (beach/downtown). Right next door is the Crumb Factory which we went to every morning for coffee and breakfast. We received 20% off our order as an added bonus for staying at Steven’s place. If I would recommend one thing it would be to have more towels and washcloths available for those who are staying more than 2 nights. Otherwise we had a great stay and would return in the future.
