Our Classic fully furnished 3 bedrooms apartment is located in a safe and quiet street, minutes from the best Detroit has to offer! It is fully equipped for up to 7 guests to make sure you and your family and friends enjoy your stay in Motorcity. Welcome to Detroit! The apartment is spacious and filled with natural light. Each of our three bedrooms has a comfy queen size bed with memory foam mattress. In the living room, you will find a pull out couch that comfortably sleeps 2. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped for cooking!

Easy to find, convenient parking. Sam was very responsive and straightforward with instructions. Close enough to downtown and other amenities. This is a good place to stay for quick trips with friends!
Sam was amazing and his property manager Rudy was so helpful and friendly. We needed something quickly due to a family emergency and his rental was best for us. He was so flexible and accommodating. I would rent from him again in a heartbeat.
We arrived LATE!! And checked out by 9 am, but the neighborhood was very quiet/peaceful and the place was cozy and inviting!! Thank you Sam for letting us stay in your home!!

The property is located right off W Grand Boulevard, behind the Henry Ford Hospital in a neighborhood called the “New Center”, between Midtown and Boston Edison. “New Center" is a pretty quiet and safe neighborhood that has grown so fast these past couple of years! You are only minutes to Milwaukee Junction, Midtown/Downtown and The Detroit Institute of Arts. The Motown Museum is only steps away. As for parking at the property, Street parking is plentiful and free!
For those of you who don't want to drive, Uber and Lyft are affordable and reliable options to get around town. The Q-Line is a convenient way to get downtown especially during busy week-ends.
