Enjoy an awesome experience in this centrally located accommodation. Just 5 minutes from the Matadero and Madrid Rio Park, you can enjoy a stay in the capital in a loft designed for comfortable relaxation during your vacation or as a complement to your work trip. It is a loft with a lower area where you will find the kitchen, dining/work table, bathroom (with shower, sink, and toilet), and living area with TV. The upper part has a double bed and a sofa bed. The staircase is somewhat steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility (who can either sleep downstairs or it is not recommended). IMPORTANT: There is one double bed; the rest of the guests will sleep on the sofa bed (which is comfortable).

We really enjoyed our stay, the Loft was as described. It was very clean and had all amenities. Javier, the host, was easy to contact and replied quickly, he gave great directions and information on local shops, restaurants, bus routes and how best to get around the city. I would recommend to friends and would be happy to stay again.

Overall our stay was good but we had some issues. The wires of the hairdryer were out, one of my friends got shocked by it. We had to buy special tape to fix it. The heating didn’t really work downstairs and it was really cold, we had to sleep 3 people upstairs. Javier said he will look into the issues we had and fix whatever is necessary. Other than these the place was really clean and nice.

It's a quiet neighborhood, situated between the central area of the historic district and Madrid Río Park. Very well connected by metro with nearby lines 4 and 5.
There are many services within a 5-minute walk (I will provide directions on the day of arrival). From supermarkets open 12 hours 7 days a week, pharmacy, restaurants and tapas bars to a zone of major events and exhibitions at the "Madrid Matadero".
