The unit was okay. Unfortunately the aircon was having issues and Alvin did try to get it fixed, but to no avail. Hopefully it got fixed already for the other guests. Alvin was very kind and friendly and very responsive. He took time to visit due to the aircon issue and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. The space itself is okay, nice bed. Tho I initially thought there was a sofa but there were only 2 chairs and a small coffee table.

Alvin is a great host who will check on you if everything in alright and willing to help you out with the basics if you need it.

I stayed in Alvin's flat for more than a week. I needed a place to stay in Makati since I was attending a series of workshops. Really pleasant stay overall, highly recommended. Location: it's a five minute walk to Greenbelt. His place is close to really good cafes and restos such as Yardstick, Your Local and Spotted Pig (15 mins walk). There's literally a Nono's right beside the building entrance. You can buy essentials from a 7-Eleven that is a few steps away. Unit and Amenities: Everything was clean -- floor, bed, toilet, table, kitchen, utensils, etc. Alvin provided all the essentials. I was even able to take advantage of his steam iron and ironing board! You can use the gym and pool free of charge. You can also take a run at the Park in front of his place. There isn't much of a view though as the windows face the interiors of the building/other units. Alvin: very responsive and friendly! always eager to suggest points of interest. :)
