Well suited for a large family gathering. There is some maintenance that needs to be tended too and little things need to be replaced. Location was very nice.

We had a great time at this location which is very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls! It is a nice neighborhood and we thought the price is great for all the room you get!

Close to the I-45 (for quick access) lies this cozy house, big enough for 12. Down the street from Target (1.8 mi), and The Woodlands Mall (1.5mi) but still secluded in its own quiet private neighbourhood make this a must stay residence. Walgreens, Home Depot, (0.3mi) and Memorial Hermann hospital (2.2mi). Woodforest Bank Stadium only (2.6mi) away.
Uber and Lyft are readily available and there is enough parking space for 4-5 vehicles in the driveway and lots of street parking out front.
