房主Stefen先生热情地接待了我们，还准备了葡萄酒。公寓设施完善，厨房里有各种烹饪用的调料和各类厨具，使我们自己做饭很方便。公寓附近有超市，公交74A就在大门旁，地铁站也不远。公寓很安静很安全。准备到维也纳来的朋友们这里是可以选择的。

Stefan and Gerta are great people and their flat is nice, clean, cozy and well located. It’s not in the heat of the city but you don’t have to bump into other tourists either. It’s by the main street of the 3rd district so you get food and shops right next door. Within a few minutes walk, you’ll find the metro and the tram: both get you to the city and further. The buses leave from the front door, one takes you to the Prater park the other to the airport train’s station. The flat itself has to be one of the coziest I’ve stayed in. We got so many complimentary things and Stefan helped with any questions we had. All in all, 5/5. Serves und wiedersehen!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Stefan in Wien und haben es sehr genossen. Der Check-In und Check-Out war super flexibel und lief ohne Probleme dank der stets freundlichen und schnellen Kommunikation. Die Wohnung war ruhig, sehr sauber und die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist sehr gut um Wien per Bus und Bahn oder auch zu Fuß zu erkunden. Zudem sind viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Wenn wir nochmal nach Wien kommen, würden wir wieder bei Stefan übernachten.

Very nice place to stay in Vienna, a residential place that’s close to center. The apartment was very clean and Stefan was very kind to offer us wine and other sweets. It was certainly a good way to make us feel welcome. Would repeat 😊

El departamento esta muy buen ubicado, con metro y tranvía cerca que puedes llegar fácilmente a todos lo lugares de interés, abajo hay varios restaurantes y supermercados para comprar. El departamento es perfecto, un living con un sillon muy cómodo, todo impecable y las camas cómodas. Cocina con todo lo necesario y cafe, hasta nos dejaron regalos de bienvenida. Los anfitriones muy amables y preocupados por todo. Gracias! me volvería a quedar en el departamento de Stefan si vuelvo a Viena.
