James’ place was beautiful, big and free of clutter; however, we missed some amenities we expected of a home like a hair dryer, coffee cups and placemats but in the grand scheme of things, it’s no biggie!

Our family was in Bulverde for our son’s wedding. Home was in a Convenient and Quiet neighborhood. Clean spacious home. Comfortable bedrooms. House looks exactly as listed. All needed essentials were available. James is responsive and his instructions were very clear. Thank you for a great stay!!
