Me and my folks had a real comfy stay here and the host was really nice and responsive. Have clear instructions, The place is amazing itself. Was really homey and clean really clean WATER HOT TOO!! Shower was lovely ! we only drove 30 minutes to Times Square. They have great food spots around the house too.

Az általunk lefoglalt szálláson, amit valójában egy garázsból alakítottak ki, a fűtés hiánya rendkívül kellemetlen helyzetet teremtett, különösen amiatt, hogy egy gyermek is velünk volt. Annak ellenére, hogy többször kérleltük a szállásadót, hogy segítsen megoldani a problémát, empátia nélkül intett türelemre, és napokig semmi változás nem következett be. Bár eleinte próbáltunk megbízni a szállásadóban, amikor a harmadik éjszakát is a hidegben kellett töltenünk, és a keresztfiam megbetegedett, kénytelenek voltunk az Airbnb támogatásához fordulni, majd elhagyni a szállást. Ez a szállásélmény teljesen megkeserítette az utazásunkat és keresztülhúzta a terveinket. Komoly aggodalomra ad okot, hogy a vendégek kényelme és biztonsága nem kapott megfelelő figyelmet.

I would technically give the place 4.5 stars. Starting off check-in is easy, parking I could see being a challenge. Especially the day after we got there, the city had to close the street down due to a sewer line break, so the street needed to be dug up. The beds are comfy, the couch/3rd bed not so much. They did not have washcloths (I found some in the garage they use to hold their items for other properties), I did suggest to Simon to have ice trays seems how the freezer does not have an ice maker. I would also suggest more linens. I.e. pillow cases for the extra pillows and blankets for more than just the sofa bed. The unit does have A/C and heat but you can’t control it. You have to message the host for him to adjust it to your liking. And like other reviews the people living above are loud!! But for the amount of time you’re there I’d stay again. The path station is really close to walk to and $2.75pp one way. The views of the city at the Exchange stop are BEAUTIFUL!
