I made two consecutive 5-day bookings for accounting reasons and requested a cleaning fee refund on Airbnb. Despite repeated explanations, they didn't grasp my refund request or the correct stay duration. I informed them that I preferred discussing on Airbnb, ceasing text message (WA) responses. Two days before we were supposed to leave, I received a rude message inquiring about my departure and was disturbed by cleaning staff, with the message later deleted on WA. I still have not received an apology or the money back for the cleaning that was not performed. I have been an Airbnb user for 13 years, but I have never encountered such poor customer service. Despite the apartment's overall appeal, I would recommend it with reservations due to the lack of consideration in its amenities (e.g., no kettle or kitchen towels) and subpar customer service that left us feeling unwelcome and added significant stress to our stay.

This place is amazing! Not only is it spacious with high ceilings, but the modern decor adds a super cool vibe. Plus, being within walking distance to so many restaurants & bars is a major bonus. Highly recommend!

The apartment is great. However we’ve had a very bad experience with Eyal. When we self checked in on Fri 8pm the apartment had not been cleaned. There weren’t any clean bedlinen nor towels. When trying to contact Eyal he wouldn’t take any phone call and kept writing me outside airbnb inbox. He didn’t manage to get us clean sheets and towels for the first night. He offered us another apartment that was not suitable - bc he didn’t understand we needed 2 bedrooms - but I just realised that when I got there. So I had to resort to taking the bedlinen and towels from the 2nd apt and bring them to the ‘original’ apartment to spend the 1st night.He kept apologizing but not fixing the problem. He couldn’t send the cleaners because they were coming at the wrong time and I had the keys with me. I don’t think Eyal realized this was a work trip and he was messing with my duties. I’m very thankful that airbnb Customer Services helped me.
