We present recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment located in Apo, Abuja. The apartment comes with a range of amenities including a large living room, 55-inches smart TV, WiFi, DSTV, standby generator, air conditioning (in all rooms) and rechargable fans. The bedroom is en-suite and comes with a double sized bed. Our well-equipped kitchen ensures your culinary needs are met. We hope you enjoy your stay with us. There’s a guest toilet and dining/lounge area.

I enjoyed my stay
was not there much but was satisfied with everything. the staff were great and very helpful . very friendly and helpful hosts and staff.
The main host (Shade) made the stay worthwhile, attended to the best of her abilities I will say. Otherwise the unit needs some maintenance touches
My husband really enjoyed his stay. The place is in a secure area, with a locked gate. The host took care of any house repair issues. Very clean home. Just as in the picture. The host was very responsive. It's quite a traveling distance, but my husband recommends.

The Estate is centrally placed in Abuja, within easy reach of so many shopping malls and entertainment options. Typically around 45 minutes to the Airport and 1hr in cases of high traffic. A major highlight is kabusa Junction and the popular pantaker/pida casa market.
