Well located apartment with a 22m² terrace, fully equipped kitchen, high speed WiFi , and so much more. The living room is large, cosy, with flat TV and has a dining area with comfortable 6 seats. One of the sofa turns into a sofabed and there is a foldaway single bed. Professionally cleaned for each guest! The bedroom has a double bed with quality linens. In the bathroom you will find fluffy white towels, shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast buffet at a hotel close to the apartment is included. The entire apartment is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay. Fresh linen and towels are provided and if staying longer than a week, they will be changed weekly as well a once weekly cleaning service.I will be available via AirBnB for your entire stay and also by telephone and email.

appartamento molto bello ma mancano tante cose. noi abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento per 5 persone e c'erano solo 4 sedie. abbiamo chiesto se era possibile avere una sedia aggiuntiva ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Mancano molte cose in cucina come piatti, pentole, tegami, ciotole,... e mancano armadi e appendini. Inoltre è molto difficile comunicare con l'host poiché non risponde. del resto tutto bene, l'appartamento è a una ventina di minuti dal centro
Die Wohnung war sauber und war ruhig, aber noch nicht fertig eingerichtet, es fehlen Schränke oder Regale, Kleiderhaken und Nachttische und ein Sofatisch, drei der vier Stühle waren sehr wackelig, dadurch wirkte alles sehr ungemütlich. Der Backofen war so schmutzig, dass er unbrauchbar war. Sehr wenig Essgeschirr. Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Parkplatz vor der Tür sehr praktisch.
Sehr günstiges Wohnen mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und incl. PKW Stellplatz. Sonniger Balkon.

Sehr bequeme Gegend hinsichtlich öffentlichem Verkehrsmittel (Ubahnlinie U1, Buslinie 24A und die Straßenbahnlinie 26)
Quiet neighborhood with beautiful nature around, with a lot of shopping oppurtunities like grocery stores, supermarkets (Billa, Hofer, LIDL) walking distance and the biggest shopping mall in Vienna “Donauzentrum” with shops, cinemas, restaurants only a couple of bus stations away.
Comfortable area regarding the public transport opportunities (metro line U1, bus line 24A and tramline 26)
Well connected to the public transportation (only 3 stops to the Metro station U1 with a good base to explore the city ) and only 50 m to the Bus stop 24A and tramline 26.
Alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (U-Bahn U1, Buslinie 24 A, Straßenbahnlinie 26) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch Supermärkte, Restaurants, Biergarten, Kultur, sind innerhalb einiger Gehminuten oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
