Very nice house! Check in and communication were a bit disappointing. But we overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We spent a weekend here and the location and views are great. However, the pictures don’t reflect the current condition. As others have mentioned the carpets are severely stained, the kitchen faucet wasn’t working and the coffee pot has a sign that it’s a fire hazard. We had some issues checking in as the codes weren’t provided for all the units but the help line responded quickly.

Overall the house is clean and spacious with a nice location and the management is responsive. However, it is clear this is owned by a company and not lovingly maintained by real owners. The carpets are obscenely stained and many things need attention and repair. The kitchen faucet barely puts out enough water to wash hands with, much less dishes. My dad had to spend 20 minutes removing buildup from the faucet head just to be functional. There is a sign posted that the coffee pot is a fire hazard, when this would be very inexpensive to just replace. The path to the beach has some loose steps and is steep, not good for young kids or elderly. The listing needs to be more clear that this is a 3 bedroom home upstairs and 2 one-bedroom apartments below with separate entrances around back. Overall we enjoyed our stay but not sure we would stay here again.

The customer service was fantastic (we needed some help getting into the house), the location is spectacular, and the house is very spacious. That said, the property could use some little updates that would make it even more spectacular. The carpets could use a good cleaning, the path down to the water is a little "rustic" as mentioned in a previous review, and we also seemed to miss the fact that it's actually 3 separate units (3BR on the main floor + 2 small 1BR studios downstairs with separate entrances). Overall, we had an amazing time though. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the deck relaxing, cooking in the large kitchen and visiting the nearby sites. Thanks for a great stay.
