Steps to Tennis courts & Park, Farm Boy Grocery Store, Coffee shops, Restaurants, and Fast Foods. 3 mins walk to bus stop and 15 mins walk to Kilping Subway Station & Go Station We have a bus 900 that goes from here to Pearson Airport. 35 mins drive to Down Town Toronto 10 mins drive to Airport YYZ 8 mins drive to Sherway Gardens Mall Access to all major hwy's, public transportation Your private room is equipped with dedicated workspace & wifi to make your stay a great one. Newly renovated private spacious bedroom (with lock and key), including dedicated work space with fast wifi, a comfortable queen size bed, and closet. Kitchen, dining area, laundry and 2.5 bathrooms are shared with other rooms.

Great value place to stay. Phu is very friendly and helpful and guided me with places to visit during my stay. Washing amenities and kitchen both very convenient and keyless entry also makes things easier. Park opposite, driveway and mall close by. Ideal for solo travellers or couples.
Cool host
I would like to thank Tho for my 23-day wonderful stay at his place which offered immense convenience while I was house hunting process and working remotely. He is a very responsive and genuinely caring host who ensured I had no problems during my stay and was able to work from my room with the utmost privacy. The room and the house was quiet and spacious and was well provisioned with all the basic amenities. Tho is also very social so feel free to connect with him when he’s around. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a quiet and peaceful, but well connected location to stay for short term or long term.
