I live just a few minutes away from the property so am generally always available to assist where necessary, answer any questions or recommendations for local bars and restaurants. If you require any printing out of documents or business services, I also have an office close by and pleased to assist. There are many cafes, restaurants, super markets and pharmacy's just a short walk away. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum! Sie ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Man muss allerdings so etwas wie Geschirrhandtücher, Abwaschlappen oder Müllsäcke etc. selbst kaufen bzw. mitbringen. Von dem Apartment aus kann man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns Tipps für Restaurants oder Orte auf Kos gegeben, die wir unbedingt besuchen sollten. Bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar - TOP! Wir können die Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!
Our stay at Filoxenia in Kos Town was amazing. Four of us stayed comfortably in the three bedrooms with more than enough space. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. We arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch! The patio was a lovely place to spend the early evening before walking 10-15 mins into town for dinner. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Throughout the entire stay our hosts were incredibly responsive and willing to come to the apartment to help with anything we needed. They also provided an extensive list of recommendations for restaraunts and activities across the island. I highly recommend Filoxenia as a host as well as this beautiful apartment!
Appartement au top ! Confortable bien équipé, super déco. Il est hyper bien situé, tout est accessibles un super primeur juste en bas! Il permet de découvrir Kos en douceur ! Notre hôte est hyper réactif, il nous a réservé une voiture ! On recommande cet endroit paisible !
Die Unterkunft ist top. Super Lage, 5-10 min Fußweg zum Hafen und in die Altstadt von Kos-Stadt. Gute Ausstattung der Küche für die Selbstversorgung. Kleinigkeiten müssen selber gekauft oder mitgebracht werden (Küchenhandtücher, Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier). Wir waren nur zu zweit in der Wohnung, daher war es okay, dass die Spühlmaschine nicht nutzbar war, was für mehre Personen vllt ein Problem darstellen könnte. Ansonsten super Unterkunft und netter Empfang.
