Beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico directly across the street. ** NOTE: This unit is only available for check in 2024 on Saturday, March 23 with check out on March 30. King sized bed in Bedroom 1. Two twins in Bedroom 2. A sleeper sofa in the living room. Free WiFi. TV and DVD player in the living room. TV in each of the bedrooms. Bike helmets are available from the front desk (first come, first serve) Close to the famous Saint Armand's Circle, Mote Marine Laboratory and Sarasota nightlife. Underground parking for 1 car. Swim shop and cafe next door.
Beach access directly across the street. To get to the beach, walk to the street and turn left. At the edge of the resort, there is a crosswalk with flashing lights. Press the button and wait a minute before crossing since not all drivers stop immediately. After crossing the street, walk through the small parking area, through the sea grass to the beach.
Beach towels provided in the unit. Shared beach chairs and umbrellas available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the garage.
Shared bikes provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. The lock combination is available from the office staff.
Underground parking for 1 car. Room for a second vehicle outside. No campers, motor homes or trailers are allowed on the property.
