the apartment was clean and comfy with good amenities. Our only issue was that there was no hot water for a shower or wash so we had to wash in ice cold water, which for the price we paid was unacceptable. when asked to send someone out to look at the boiler, we received an unhelpful and short reply and the issue was not fixed. we asked for compensation for this but there has been no response from Checkmyguest. otherwise a good stay.
Beautiful property in a stunning location. We had one small hiccup on arrival but Joffrey sorted this instantly which was very impressive. Very clean apartment and the 2 bedrooms have lots of space. I would highly recommend this property. A bit of advice for future visitors, don’t go with a taxi driver who waits inside the terminal. They wanted €120 for the fare. We managed to find a helpful taxi driver called Kader who charged us €55 and we also used him to take us back to CDG airport. Don’t get ripped off. The nearest metro station is 3 minutes down the road. Walk out of the front door of the apartment and turn left and proceed down the road. Everything in Paris is easy to get to via metro or taxi and the taxis are not over expensive. For example, we got a taxi from Notre Dam to the apartment and it cost €20. We all had a great time and felt relaxed knowing Joffrey would be a message away if required. 10/10 from us. Thank you Joffrey.

The experience with the host was terrible. He would call me at 1 AM on the very day I was supposed to check in to tell me that he had an overlap and a family was already staying there. I asked him to talk to that family because I made a reservation 7 days before. Then he changed his mind and told me that he had a problem with the electricity and that he asked us to communicate by email (off airbnb). Moreover, he didn't even want to cancel until 2 hours before the check-in. I was basically staying in Paris with a group of 6 people waiting for them to cancel. in the end he canceled but this meant for me higher costs for another reservation, a lost day, stress. in conclusion, I do not recommend this host
