An old wooden house, built in 1937 during the Showa era and renovated in 2023, including seismic reinforcement. It is a detached house available entirely for private use, which offers living spaces of the early Showa period with a Japanese room, garden, and veranda porches. Located in part of the "Samurai Residence Walking Course" designated by Nagoya City. 10-minute walk to Tokugawa-en Garden and 10-minute drive to Nagoya Dome (Bantelin Dome). 5 stops to Nagoya station by subway. - The entire space in the one-story house is for your use only. No part of the house is shared with your hosts or other guests. - We have two or three sets of futons in Japanese-style rooms and two extra beds in the dining room (the maximum number of guests is four). - Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. and please check-out before 11:00 a.m. - There is no washing machine. Although, there is a laundromat nearby (50m away), if you need a washing machine, please consider using the adjacent lodge "Kuromonkan Annex 1F". - By the agreement with the neighborhood, parties, BBQs, and cooking with fire are prohibited. We do not provide seasonings or kitchen knives, but we do provide a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a fruit knife, plastic wrap, an induction stove (1 burner), and a small pot (18 cm). - A hair dryer, toothbrush with toothpaste, face towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. - Parking space for one car is available (free of charge). For the second and more cars, please use coin-operated parking lots nearby. - The extra beds (2 beds) are foldable. Please be careful not to injure (pinch fingers) small children. The neighborhood is a residential area. Please understand the following house rules regarding consideration for the neighborhood before using the room. 1. 1. Please close the windows between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. 2. Please be quiet at night (after 10:00 p.m.). Please refrain from talking outside the house at night. 3. Smoking is not permitted in the house and on the premises (including outside around the house). There are many wooden houses in the neighborhood, so fire precautions should be taken. 4.
