Living Room: Sofa cum Bed (6 x 5 ft), Designated working Space and additional chairs for comfort and gathering. Bedroom: A (6 x 4 ft) queen sized bed & Dresser Area. For the extra third guest , we have provided a sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen: Fully Functional, an induction and friendly cookware, along with all the cutlery and crockery. Fridge & Microwave. A cupboard for storage along with an iron and ironing pad. A basic First aid Kit is provided. Washroom: A hot water geyser installed, along with basic amenities. Since its a part of an Society, water storage tank has been installed along with a water pump. Studio is about 300 sqft. With parking on the adjacent Road. The property is located on St. John the Baptist Road at the start of the backside steps of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Mount and is used as a short-cut by many residents of Bandra to visit the Basilica or for a visit/walk to Bandstand. This space is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walking distance to Mount Mary’s Church, Bandstand & Bandra Reclamation Promenade. Located within a 3Kms radius is Mount Carmel’s Church, World Famous Historic Chapel Road, Lilavati Hospital, Worli Sea Link and all Interstate and Highway for travel within the City and Country at large. Since, it a space that I hold dear to my heart and my family has lived in the same for generations. There are quick vintages items that I didn’t wish to part with, An old Antique cupboard, Photos of growing up and elements that I have now modernized to give the space a warm yet retain the essence of my home. Additional Information: All cleaning protocols such as disinfection of bed linen and surfaces apart from thorough general cleaning for the studio are followed. We provide the following additional amenities in the apartment to get you started – -Cleaning is provided daily on complimentary basis. Guests are requested to discard garbage on a daily basis (keep the garbage outside the apartment around 9AM it will be collected) otherwise it attracts pests. - Bed linens are replaced every 3 days on complimentary basis.
