Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom Victorian townhouse near Russell Square. With rustic charm and a private patio garden, it's the perfect retreat for families, small groups, and business travelers. Enjoy nearby cafes, shops, and the Brunswick Center, plus Cartwright Gardens and its tennis court. The British Museum is a short walk away, and multiple tube lines and bus routes offer easy access to the rest of the city. Comfortable furnishings and amenities make our home your perfect London getaway. Our home is conveniently located on the ground floor. Upon entering you wil be welcomed by a large living room that seats 4-6 people and an open plan kitchen with a narrow dining table. Going down the stairs will lead you to the master bedroom (king size bed) which also contains a large workstation for you to do your work, the 2nd bedroom (also king size bed), and towards the end of the basement hall are the bathroom, toilet and sink. There is a door at the end of the basement hall which leads you to your private patio/outdoor garden for you to enjoy your meals outside on a sunny day. Other features include: - Living Room contains a sofa double bed that sleeps 2 people. - Superfast 130Mbps wifi throughout the home. - The apartment is child/toddler friendly but they will be priced as regular guests and should be booked as such. Baby-cot/baby-chair/baby-bathtub are also available upon request. - Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on Netflix on the TV - Nespresso coffee machine and bread toaster are provided for your enjoyment - Clothing Washer/Dryer are available for your use - Microwave/Oven is also provided in the kitchen for your convenience - Private secluded patio for you to enjoy your coffee or meals outside - Our apartment is located next to a well maintained outdoor tennis court, contact us if you need help reserving a slot playing tennis.

Kar is a great host and I really appreciated his communication and speedy responses. It’s 7/8mins walk from King’s Cross so great access to tube stations . The street is really quiet and located near serval supermarket. The apartment is spacious and slept 6 people comfortably. The living room and kitchen were a person favourite, very cosy vibes! Would 100% recommend staying here.
Alles in allem eine schöne und saubere Wohnung und perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in London. Das Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss ist wirklich schön und gemütlich (und die Kinder freuten sich am vielfältigen TV-Programm), währenddessen die Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss eher funktionalen Charakter haben. Die Betten sind aber sehr bequem und die Zimmer ruhig. Der Aussenbereich sah nicht speziell aus, es war aber auch zu kalt und regnerisch, um ihn zu nutzen. Die Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
Our family of four loved staying here (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 tween)! The flat is very well maintained and was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with basic needs like tea, coffee, electric kettle, etc. Living room had comfy furniture and space to spread out. Two big bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs complete the unit. The beds and linens seemed new and very comfortable. Note for US travelers that a US king bed differs in size from UK king. Similar in length, but the UK is not as wide. The location is fantastic. Several train/tube stations within 7-10 minutes walking distance: Russell Square, Kings Cross/St. Pancras, Euston. Bus lines nearby as well. Loads of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, etc. also just blocks away. The flat is on a very quiet, dead end side street, so there is no city noise. Best of both worlds. The hosts, Kar and Carlos, are also wonderful. Very communicative and gracious throughout. If you're looking for a central London experience, this is it.
This is a nice place in a great location. It is centrally located (5-10 minute walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras and close to Euston and UCL) but on a very quiet street. There are lots of great pubs around. The place is clean and the kitchen is well stocked . The beds are comfortable. It is just like the pictures. It was a great stay!

Additionally, there are several bus routes that run along nearby Tavistock Place and Gower Street, including the 68, 91, and 168. For those who prefer to explore on foot, many of London's major attractions are within easy walking distance, including the British Museum, Covent Garden, and Oxford Street. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our central location and convenient transportation options make it easy to get where you need to go.
