4WD is required to access this listing. Steep gravel driveway. A cozy one bed, one bath apartment on 74 acres of mountain. Discover nature with breathtaking views and wildlife all around; this private spot in the woods, halfway up the mountain. The apartment also has a firepit and pavilion right outside for enjoying meals or conversations with smores by a fire under the stars. You can also go to the top of the mountain and see 180° of picturesque sunsets. Just 30 min from I-40. 20min from DHL One word; Privacy. This apartment is the only residence on 74 acres. Abundant wildlife and great sunsets. It's common to see deer and turkey when you step out the door or listen to coyotes howl off in the distance as you sit around the firepit. It is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle or to reconnect with a loved one.

It is such a private/peaceful little getaway! Ben was very kind in being flexible with check in/check out times due to my flight times. We had a small issue we caused and Ben fixed it within an hour! Only thing I noticed was a decent amount of dead bugs behind or under furniture. But it didn’t bother me too much to see a few bugs in the mountains. I would definitely stay here again!

I cannot explain enough how personal and at home the place felt. They had a personalized chalk sign welcoming me, had fire starter handy for us, and even had a cute little coffee bar of a couple snacks and pods. It was super comfy and very peaceful.

We loved staying here! The area was extremely clean and accommodating, super peaceful place as well! The outdoor area was extremely kept up and was beautiful. I wish we would’ve got to spend more time out there!!
