The Elegant Suite is a one-bedroom condo unit of the SMDC Fame Residences that is well situated in the heart of Mandaluyong City. The condominium is decorated in a modern Scandinavian and contemporary style, allowing guests to enjoy comfort, warmth, and relaxation—but most importantly, a homey atmosphere—during their stay, whether they are on a work trip, getaway, or staycation. The unit is fully air-conditioned, with a queen-size mattress, a dining table, a two-seater sofa, and fast WiFi for your convenience. The 50-inch smart TV was equipped with streaming services (Netflix and Prime Video), so guests could enjoy movie marathons throughout the day or night. The kitchenette is provided with a mini-fridge, microwave, and electric kettle. The shower is equipped with a water heater to reach the desired temperature, so the bath experience will be more enjoyable. Bedit spray is provided in the toilet bowl to eliminate the need for a basin. Consumables such as shampoo, bath soap, hand soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue are complimentary during your stay. A guest can enter the condominium unit by entering the passcode on the unit's main door. The passcode will be given prior to check-in. Our check-in time starts at 2 p.m., and our check-out time is no later than 12 n.n. (maximum). Cleaners will use the two hours of vacancy to get the unit ready for the next guests.
