You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home just 5 mins from shopping, the lake and oaklawn. This is a private bedroom with a queen size bed and also has a baby crib provided if needed. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination also provided. The guest will have full access to all rooms in the house except the master bedroom/bathroom and additional 2nd bedroom. There is a huge living room, dining room, fully furnished kitchen and bonus room upstairs as well as a huge deck with a grill, hot tub and fire pit in the backyard. The garage has a workout area with gym equipment that can also be used. There is a full size baby crib, swing, high chair and toys all available with this room at not additional charge.

Great kid friendly place to stay. The hosts were very accommodating, and we felt very comfortable. They even had a thoughtful gift basket waiting for us when we got there.
What can I say about this place? It’s absolutely Amazing! A new and modern home, tastefully decorated, with a very kind and delightful host! I really enjoyed talking with Nichole and Justin during my stay. The furniture is clean and comfortable. And they were willing to host my last-minute booking! It only took me 9 minutes to drive to downtown Hot Springs and the National Park. The host even let me park my car inside the garage overnight. The neighborhood is gated and is very safe with kind neighbors who wave, and the back porch amenities are wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about this new listing, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great and affordable experience!

This home is located in a gated peaceful community with a swimming pool, park and grilling area that can all be used when they are open. The swimming pool is seasonal and will close in the fall and winter. The house sits on a 1/2 acer and is very private.
I have a two car garage as well as a large driveway that can fit two additional cars. If more parking is needed you can park in front of the house along the curb.
